How does our Masters programme work?

Here at St Austell Brewery, we recognise and reward our loyal customers for their continued support. Stock Tribute pale ale, Proper Job IPA, korev lager or Gem amber ale permanently and enjoy a range of exclusive benefits. Our Masters' loyalty scheme is an invite-only scheme for our very best customers on a national basis. To become a Master, you must be a loyal customer who sells a minimum of 2 x 9G casks (or equivalent) each week, all whilst being served in top quality condition.

CLASSIC MASTER

As part of a Classic Master, you'll receive:

a framed certificate, an exclusive members card, downloadable digital assets, a beer finder listing on our website, access to our representative hotline, cellar and trade quality support, brand support, and a 20% discount on accommodation in our managed pubs. 

   

5-YEAR MASTER

As a 5-year Master, you'll be rewarded with a silver plaque to proudly display in your pubs as recognition of your commitment to quality.

   

10-YEAR MASTER

After 10 years as a Master, you'll be rewarded with an additional:

upgrade on your discount from 20% to 50% on accommodation, a wall of fame listing and a quality gold plaque.
