In consideration to the supply of Goods and/or Services, the Company shall pay the invoiced amounts once a correctly rendered invoice had been received by the Company. Any such invoices received on or before the eighth day of the month will be paid on the last working day of the month following the month the invoice has been received. An instruction to make a payment to the bank account nominated in writing by the Supplier shall be sufficient discharge by the Company of the obligation to make such payment.
