Hit the ground running

In the first few weeks, the focus will be on you settling in with your team and getting to know the ins and outs of St Austell Family Group, whether you’re in our head office, kitchen, or brewing production line.

Meeting regularly during the first three months, we’ll be on hand to ensure you have access to everything you need to do your job brilliantly– and, to make sure you are on the road to success.

Throughout your employment, our priority will be working with you to create a fulfilling, development journey that will see you take charge of your career.

 

Climb the career ladder

Engage in regular catch-ups and mentoring sessions with your manager where you’ll be able to openly discuss your personal development needs.
