Job Description

We’re looking for a kitchen assistant to join our close-knit team. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient running of the kitchen, thriving in a fast-paced environment to help deliver experiences that delight our guests.

About you:

  • You’ll take pride in managing the dishwasher and wash up area - a crucial role that ensures the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen. 
  • You follow cleaning schedules to a tee and know health and safety regulations like the back of your hand.
  • You go above and beyond to ensure a consistently high level of service, supporting the full team including Front of House during peak times.
  • Having a wealth of experience in a similar role means you are able to recognise when team members need help and you’ll support where needed.
  • You champion our green initiatives, handling and disposing of waste and recycling materials in the right way.
  • You fit straight into a fast-paced, close-knit team.
  • Peak season can get pretty busy, but you thrive when working under pressure.
  • Forging a strong relationship with Team Leaders and the Management Team, you take pride in carrying out your work and setting a glowing example to others.
  • You are able to lend a helping hand with food preparation.
  • A keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness means you keep the kitchen looking spick and span.
