It goes without saying that the appearance and cosiness factor of our rooms is integral to the quality of our guest experience. From housekeeping and cleaning to maintenance roles that work diligently behind the scenes, these roles make our accommodation and pubs sparkle.
The training I've received has been excellent. I only recently joined the hospitality industry after 30 years in retail management, but the patience and support from my general manager has been fantastic.
